Browse verified therapists in your area by treatment type, availability, and reviews. Once you've found the right fit, select your preferred date, time, and location, then pay securely through the platform. Your therapist will confirm the booking and arrive fully equipped at the scheduled time.

Yes. For a confirmed booking, you can request a new date and time from your bookings, up to 24 hours beforehand and at no extra cost. Your therapist receives the request and confirms the new time, so it's locked in for you both. Other details can be adjusted with your therapist as well.

You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your booking for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee to compensate the therapist for their reserved time. Full details are available on our Cancellation and Refund Policy page.

Of course. If you had a wonderful experience, you can rebook the same therapist directly from your bookings history or their profile. You can also save therapists to your favourites for quicker access next time.

ServuWell therapists come to your home, office, hotel, or other suitable private location. During the booking process, you'll provide your address and any specific details about the space. Some treatments may require a certain amount of room or access to a sink. Your therapist will let you know if anything specific is needed.

Most therapists bring everything required for your treatment, including massage tables, skincare products, tools, and supplies. All you need is a clean, quiet space. If any additional setup is needed, your therapist will communicate this during the booking process.

ServuWell offers a wide range of beauty and wellness treatments including massage therapy, facials, skincare treatments, makeup, eyebrows, manicures, pedicures, waxing, spray tanning, and spa services. Browse the full range of available treatments in your area when you sign in.

Yes. After a booking is confirmed, you and your therapist can still adjust the details, including the address, adding or swapping a treatment, or extending the length of your session. Your therapist proposes the change so you can review it first, and if it adds to the cost, you approve and pay the difference securely before it's applied. The additional amount is held in the same way as your original payment and only processed once your treatment is complete.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can pay using a credit card, debit card, or Apple Pay. Payment is taken at the time of booking and held securely until the treatment is completed.

Your card is authorised when you confirm your booking. The payment is processed once the treatment has been completed and you've confirmed the session. This ensures you only pay for services delivered.

If you cancel more than 24 hours before your booking, a full refund is issued automatically to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. For cancellations within 24 hours, our Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines any applicable fees.

Therapists are paid via Stripe Connect directly to their nominated bank account. Payouts are processed automatically after a booking is completed and confirmed. Therapists can view their earnings, upcoming payouts, and transaction history from their dashboard.

Tipping is not required, but always appreciated. You can add a tip through the platform after your session is complete, or directly if you prefer. Tips go entirely to your therapist.

Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, a globally trusted payment platform used by millions of businesses. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on ServuWell's servers. Stripe is PCI Level 1 certified, the highest standard of payment security.

If a change to your booking adds to the cost, such as a longer session or an extra treatment, the additional amount is always shown to you first. You're only charged once you approve it, and the payment is held securely and processed after your treatment, just like your original booking. You'll never be charged for a change you haven't agreed to.

Yes. Every therapist on ServuWell is thoroughly vetted before they can offer services. We verify qualifications, professional certifications, insurance, and identity. Therapists must complete this verification process before they can accept bookings on the platform.

ServuWell is built around trust and safety for everyone. Alongside verified therapist profiles and secure in-platform messaging, our Safety Centre brings your safety tools together in one place. You can share your booking details with a trusted contact, set an emergency contact, and report a concern at any time. Both clients and therapists are held to the same standards of respect and professionalism.

If something doesn't feel right before, during, or after a booking, you can report it through our in-platform safety tools. Go to the booking in question and select "Report an issue", or visit our Safety and Incident Reporting Policy page. Our team reviews every report and responds promptly.

All therapists on ServuWell must hold current professional indemnity and public liability insurance appropriate to the treatments they offer. Proof of insurance is verified as part of the onboarding process and must be kept up to date.

Your personal information and address details are only shared with your confirmed therapist for the purpose of delivering your booking. We never share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Full details are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Sign up at servuwell.com using your email address. The process takes under a minute. You'll be asked to choose your role (client, therapist, or business) and can start exploring the platform straight away.

On the login page, select "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Go to your account settings from the dashboard to update your name, contact details, profile photo, and preferences. Therapists can also update their service listings, availability, and qualifications from their profile.

Yes. If you'd like to close your account, please contact our support team at contact@servuwell.com. We'll process your request and confirm once your account has been removed. Please note that any active bookings will need to be completed or cancelled before account deletion.

You can manage your email and push notification preferences from your account settings. Choose which updates you'd like to receive, including booking confirmations, messages from therapists, and platform news.

Yes. You're always in control of who can reach you. You can block a therapist at any time, which stops them from sending you any further enquiries or messages. If you'd like help managing this, our support team is happy to assist at contact@servuwell.com.

Visit the "Sign up" page to begin creating your account. You'll need to provide your qualifications, professional certifications, proof of insurance, and identity documents. Our team reviews every account verification and typically responds within 7–14 business days.
